For nearly a decade, the Investors in People Standard has provided a tried and tested, flexible framework to help companies succeed and compete through improved people performance. The 'Standard' benefits both employers and employees. Research has shown that 80% of Investors in People organisations have increased customer satisfaction, 70% have improved their competitive edge and productivity (Source: CREATE 1999), while 94% of employees in Investor in People companies are satisfied in their jobs, as opposed to 37% in businesses lacking the Standard (Source: Planet Research 1998).
	The European Power Transmission Distributors Association (EPTDA) is the largest organization of distributors and manufacturers of Power Transmission and Motion Control products in Europe.
