The THK BTK Ball Screw Nut is a compact, flanged nut with return pipe recirculation, designed for use with THK rolled ball screw shaft. The THK BTK has a flange circumference that is cut flat at top and bottom which allows the shaft to be positioned lower.
THK Rolled Ball Screws are a screw shaft that is rolled with high accuracy and specially surface ground. The ball raceways of the THK BTK nut are all thread ground which enables a smaller axial clearance and smoother running motion than traditional rolled ball screws. Lead accuracy is typically C7.
Each end of the ball screw nut is fitted with a brush seal.
