Cam Followers
The Cam Follower is a compact highly rigid bearing, usually containing needle, or cylindrical rollers. They are characterised by a thick walled outer ring that enables them to accommodate shock loads, while reducing distortion and bending stresses.
In place of an inner ring, the Cam Follower has a solid stud, or pin, with a thread so that the cam follower can be quickly and easily attached to appropriate machine components by means of a hexagonal nut.
