Heaters
Superior to traditional methods of heating such as furnaces, plates,
oil baths and blow torches, Induction Heaters are safer, faster and
cleaner than any of the above methods. Pre heating is not necessary
and depending on the weight, bearings etc. can be heated up to 120°C
in seconds with no loss of pre-lubrication. There are a variety of
sizes available, from portable (also available for hire) to heavy-duty
heaters. |

Fitting
Tool Kits
For safe, precise and quick mounting of bearings, bushes, sealing
rings, cam wheels and pulleys the use of an Impact Fitting Tool Set
is an absolute necessity.
Bearings especially need support on their inner and outer ring during
mounting in order to avoid unnecessary damage resulting in premature
failure. By using a Fitting Tool forces are not transmitted via the
balls or rollers and raceways are left undamaged. |
