“Ed has produced a detailed customer contact file, the file is one of the most comprehensive ever produced by Acorn. Ed has spent over 80 hours working on this, working mostly on his own initiative, and the finished article can be used by multiple different parts of the Acorn organisation. In addition to this, Ed has also done a fantastic job of organising, planning and prepping the new Mapro Hire Range. From putting together the business case to calculating what we should be charging he’s put in many hours of difficult research to get us into a market leading position.”
