Stephen Matthias awarded Employee of the Month for July 2021

“Ste has really stepped up to the mark for the branch since I went on to a 4 day week, but last Friday he went above and beyond to get a customer his bearings for a weekend breakdown. The bearing didn’t arrive in branch until after 3.30 but after booking it in and out, he loaded the van up and took to the customer knowing he would have to face weekend rush hour traffic in both Deeside and Liverpool city centre. It would be good for his commitment to his job to be recognised.”
