Bearing grease contrasts this, representing a more specialist formula, designed to withstand the high temperatures which bearings within high-pressure machinery can be placed under.

Unlike multi-purpose grease, bearing grease is a formula designed for usage specifically within high-temperature conditions. Bearing grease is formulated to act under high-pressure and heat situations, meaning in machinery where multi-purpose grease is liable to thinning due to heat, bearing grease should be deployed to ensure smooth workflows.
