Optibelt banded belts feature two or more wedge or v-belts which have been permanently bonded together.

This belt is double wrapped for increased grip strength and extreme abrasion and wear resistance. The specialised wrap is rubber impregnated and fused to the belt’s core rubber to deliver the highest levels of durability.

Optibelt banded belts are extremely tolerant of oil, dirt and heat, as well as being highly resistant to fatigue, shock loads and tensile and flexing forces.

Thanks to their outstanding strength and durability, these belts are commonly used in the agriculture, cement, construction and oil and gas industries.
