Cooper Hanger UnitCooper Hanger Bearing Units consist of a superior quality Cooper split roller bearing which is housed within a cast iron split housing. It also has a threaded boss to facilitate suspension from the conveyor cross bracings, providing extra support to the shaft.

What options are available to customise Cooper Hanger Units?

Available with one, two or three Bosses

Standard housing material is grey cast iron, with sizes ranging from 40mm – 150mm using 01 / 01E Series bearings. Bespoke materials and sizes are available to suit requirements, thanks to Cooper’s on-site foundry.

A wide range of sealing arrangements are also available. Double felt seals are supplied as standard, however rubber lip seals and high temperature packing are also available for conveying heavy duty materials such as sugar, ash, cement, silica and chalk.
