What are the differences in ContiTech's narrow V-belt range?
CONTI®V
The standard narrow wrapped V-belt used in all sectors of machine engineering. Features a natural rubber core strengthend with polyester tension cords all wrapped in a fabric jacket.
Manufactured to DIN 7753 standards and electrically conductive to ISO 1813, the ContiTech classic narrow V-belt can withstand temperatures from -55°C to +70°C, is dustproof and conditionally resistant to oil.
CONTI®V ADVANCE
The CONTI®V ADVANCE range of heavy-duty narrow-section V-belts have increased power ratings and their reinforced synthetic rubber core and polyester tension cords make them suitable for clutches and applications requiring reverse flexing. The CONTI®V ADVANCE can withstand temperatures from -30°C to +80°C
CONTI®V POWER
The CONTI®V POWER is suitable for the highest loads. This wrapped heavy-duty V-belt has a low-stretch Aramid tensile member and advanced compound for excellent power transfer under the highest loads. Compliant with DIN 2215/DIN 7753.
