Jade Kidney awarded Employee of the Month for January 2021

“Jade has only been with us for 10 months but feels a lot longer than that. She has slotted in just perfect. Jade comes into work each day with a smile on her face, raring to go and win some business and has us all in stitches with her ‘Jade lingo’ Jade recently shown how committed she was to her role and the business by adapting VERY quickly to our sudden unexpected branch closure. Jade really went above and beyond, taking deliveries in at her home from TNT, powering through her work, checked in to see I was ok, dropped my computer off and had a “I can do this” attitude. She even got family to pick 500 tiny o-rings, while her husband delivered them to the customer for an urgent order as she didn’t want to let down a customer. Jade, you are such a selfless, determined, focused, caring person who has the best attitude, super proud you are part of the North West team.”
