"Business Development Manager, Craig Tivey recently had a call from a quarry saying they needed a site visit to look at a coupling that was failing. Jason was more than happy to oblige & they visited the site the next day. He identified a shear pin coupling & took the relevant measurements. Jason then worked his magic and was able to offer a direct replacement and an alternative that ACORN already has in stock. They then sat in front of the engineers on site and pitched a perfect presentation highlighting the cost savings and reduced lead time to the customer. They walked away with the order, showing great example of why ACORN have product specialists and the knowledge they provide the whole company!"
