LWRE rail guides are a logical development of the proven LWR rail guides. In addition to the familiar characteristics of the LWR series, LWRE rail guides offer the advantages of fivefold load ratings and a doubling of the rigidity. This means that for the same load capacity, a 50% reduction in bearing size compared with the standard LWR rail guide is possible. Alternatively, with the same outer dimensions, greatly increased static safety and lifetime result. The improvements are achieved through optimized internal geometry in conjunction with larger roller diameters. Furthermore, LWRE rail guides utilize the whole roller length so that no tilting moment or edge stresses can occur.
