- SKF flanged housings are easy to mount, thanks to lines which indicate the centre of the housing bore and dimples which indicate the position for dowel pins.
- There is an integrated flange to guide grease into the bearing.
- SKF flanged housings have a low friction, double-lip seal on each side of the housing to keep the grease in and the contaminants out. This type of seal allows for rotational speeds up to double that of traditional felt seals.
