What are hanger block units?
Hanger block units are commonly used to support drive and screw conveyor shafts. They are suspended from conveyor cross bracing using their screw fixing.
These bearing units consist of an outer housing which has a threaded boss for mounting, along with a radial ball bearing and a sealing solution which is tailored to the individual application requirements.
A wide range of sealing options are available depending on the material being conveyed and the operating conditions that the application is subjected to.
Hanger bearing units are most frequently found in the agricultural industry, but are also used in a range of other industries including aerospace, automotive and marine.
