How do Nadella linear actuators work?

Nadella actuators use a guide roller system consisting of four roller guides which roll along hardened steel ground shafts which are built in to the aluminium profile. Resistance against contamination and smooth running result from this guidance system.

Drive is by a toothed belt drive, with attached operating heads and pulleys. The belt clamp features an ingenious design which means that use of the full load capacity of the belt is guaranteed.

The bearings of the rollers and the belt pinions are lubricated for life.

Integrated wiper brushes prevent larger particulate contamination from entering the profile

Strokes of up to 7m are available (and potentially longer with a ‘special’ product)
