Typical Applications

Protorque Simplex Chains are ideal for:

• General industrial machinery — small conveyors, pumps, fans, mixers.

• Medium-power drives — where a single-strand chain provides enough strength and torque capacity.

• Agricultural equipment — small or medium machinery like lawn mowers, conveyors, or light agricultural drives.

• Light to medium material handling — belt or chain-driven conveyor lines.

They are not typically used for extremely heavy or high-torque applications — in those cases, duplex or triplex chains are preferred.
