The SKF 729659 C electric hot plate makes mounting small bearings quick and easy.
Bearings are laid onto the hot plate, where they are heated to temperature, causing expansion. This expansion then allows the bearings to slide easily into place on the shaft, without causing damage.
The SKF electric hot plate has an adjustable temperature range of 50 to 200 degrees celcius, making it ideal for a vast range of small bearings. It also has a protective cover to guard against contamination during the heating process.
